Accounting and bookkeeping services
$100/mth transactions of low volume (bank statements with 1-2 pages)
$400/mth transactions of medium volume (bank statements with 3-4 pages)
$600 / mth onwards transactions of high volume (bank statements with more than 5 pages)
$1,200 onwards accounting service on yearly basis
$150 per quarter Preparation of GST Form 5 only
Compilation of Financial Statements
$450 onwards Company which are inactive/dormant
$550 onwards Company with low transactions
$650 onwards Company with medium transactions
$700 onwards Company with complex transactions
Income Tax Services
$350 to $550 for filing of Form CS and tax computation for company with simple and low to medium transactions
$800 to $1,500 for filing of Form C and tax computation for company with high to complex transactions
$250 onwards for completion of personal income tax (Form B) per indiviudal
$150 onwards for completion of Form P
Secretary Services
$550 per annum Basic package: includes consultancy of secretarial matters, maintaining of  minutes & statutory register file and preparation of annual general meeting resolutions. No nominee secretary provided.
$750 per annum Essential package: includes consultancy of secretarial matters, maintaining of  minutes & statutory register file, preparation of annual general meeting resolutions and appointment of nominee secretary (excludes any filing/ACRA fee)
$950 per annum Comprehensive package: includes consultancy of secretarial matters, maintaining of  minutes & statutory register file, preparation of annual general meeting resolutions and preparation of resolutions (up to 5 routine resolutions per annum, excluding any ACRA filing fee)
$60-$400 Handling and administrative fee for preparation of resolution, excluding any ACRA filing fees
Registered office address service
$120 per annum Basic package includes: use of registered address for incorporation of private limited company and receiving government mails only
$240 per annum Premium package includes : usage of local address in Singapore as mailing address, receiving of normal mails and air mails, self-collection of mails and parcels between Mon – Fri: (9am to 6pm) and letters notification service via email
$350 per annum (comprehensive) Comprehensive package includes : usage of local address in Singapore as mailing address, receiving of normal mails, air mails, parcels or registered mails, self-collection of mails and parcels between Mon – Fri: (9am to 6pm), letters notification service via email, forwarding of mails (PDF copy) via email on a monthly basis, mail forwarding services available upon request (local/overseas) *handling fee applies
